Kangchuang Textile are specialized in producing top quality shirting fabrics. Including 100% Cotton, CVC, TC, Cotton & spandex, Cotton & bamboo, 100% Linen etc White bleaching fabric, Solid dyed fabric, Yarn dyed fabric, Rotary printing fabric and Digital printing fabric in poplin, twill, oxford, dobby or jacquard design and patterns with Regular soft finishing, Silky finishing, Easy care or Wrinkle free finishing, Peach finishing, Liquid ammonia or LA+MC finishing etc from Carded/Combed/Compact 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 100s single yarn and 80s/2, 100s/2, 120s/2, 14s/2 two ply yarn to meet different customers’ different needing.  

 

In past 10 years, we produce and serve for the main world brands like CK, THOMS, POLO, ZARA etc. And we share hold our production mills from Spinning, Weaving, Dying, Printing and Finishing, so that we can well vertical and completely control fabric production qualities. For the key material of 100% long fiber cotton, we take the best quality USA PIMA long fiber cotton and top quality Chinese XinJiang long fiber cotton to keep fabrics super soft handfeel, shinning and nice fabric strength which are very fit for 100% cotton Wrinkle free or Non-iron fabrics making.

 

Our Quality Control Department can make fabric tear and tensile strength testing, color fastness testing, durable press testing, pilling and abrasion testing etc as per USA AATCC, Japanese JIS, ISO Standards, or can as per customer’s named method to proceed the testings with advanced testing devices. Most of our machines and devices are made in Germany and Japan. We can guarantee our bulk goods is superior quality all the time.
